PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ENTER THE FULL, CORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS WITH POST CODE.
We are unable to contact each customer individually to double check delivery addresses. If your order comes back to us undelivered, we will have to invoice you again for shipping in order to resend your parcel. If you think you've made an error when entering the shipping address just email us or reply to your order confirmation email and we will amend it with your instruction.

UK
We are not shipping to the UK at this time.
EUROPE
€13 tracked.
Your items will be delivered by An Post in 7 working days. Items are tracked and must be signed for. We cannot take responsibility if items are lost.
A customs tax supplement charge of £5.00 may be collected by the shipping carrier on delivery.
REST OF WORLD
€15.00 tracked.
Your items will be delivered by An Post in 7 working days. Hand printed items may have one week lead time.
Items are tracked and must be signed for. We cannot take responsibility if items are lost.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you wish to return an item, you can once it's within 100 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition with a note quoting your order number. As soon as we receive the item & are happy with it's condition, we will issue you a full refund excluding postage costs. Just email us at bohemianbeag@gmail.com for the returns address.
There is no refund on personalised items as we can't re-sell them.
FAULTY ITEMS
If your item is faulty, please return it to us and we will send you a replacement item at no postage cost. Just email us at bohemianbeag@gmail.com for the returns address.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item please return it to us within 90 days in its original condition. As soon as we receive the item & are happy with it's condition, we will issue you a full refund excluding your postage costs of returning the original. Just email us at bohemianbeag@gmail.com for the returns address. You can then reorder if you wish.
Your IRL statutory rights are not affected by our Returns Policy.
